What is Part Livery Plus?
Part Livery Plus incorporates all the usual services included with part livery, with the additional FREE benefits of exercising and competing your horse. Ideal for someone lacking time to maintain fitness or wanting their horse to gain more competition experience.
Why the free benefits?
When I bought Mocca as a rising 5 year old in 2014, I thought we had years of fun ahead of us. Fast forward 7 years and it has been a rocky road. Unfortunately, shortly after getting Mocca home, she began with intermittent lameness which, three years on and lots of tests later, transpired to be Navicular Syndrome.
Mocca is now two years into her latest remedial shoeing – pads filled with gel – and, fingers crossed, seems to be coping well. However, despite how much she loves to jump, we are keeping our feet firmly on the ground as I feel the landing from a jump could cause too much pain and damage.
With Mocca taking it easy and Tamara retired, I am unable to compete in show jumping, the discipline I’ve always loved the most. So I’m looking for a horse to complete riding club activities, including show jumping from 90cm upwards, which I’m hoping will allow me to enjoy competitive riding again, whilst helping to develop the right horse.
